Futuro Capital acquired the development site at 378 – 390 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest as four separate titles in one line. The asset was purchased from four vendors and had separate Put and Call options and sales contracts which were interdependent.

Futuro submitted a Planning Proposal, which seeks to unlock the potential of the site as a large, amalgamated landholding, to deliver a high-quality mixed-use development opposite the Crows Nest Metro Station; a location envisioned for increased density under St Leonards/ Crows Nest Plan 2036 (the 2036 Plan). The future redevelopment will create enhanced commercial floor space and a mix of residential dwellings in a strategically valuable location.
